Responsibilities
Create, maintain and manage customer service content on our brand websites.
Optimise key online customer service processes, such as account and product registration, appliance support, repair booking, selling of spare parts/accessories/care products, and contact options, on our brand websites.
Support our D2C marketing campaigns with the creation of online content across all brands and all marketing channels.
Provide data analysis across multiple channels to report on and monitor the performance of our KPIs.
Use customer survey insights (Net Promoter Score) to further optimise our products and services, support BSH's commitment to being a consumer‑centric company and promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications
* Experience in a digital/marketing role is highly desirable.
* Experience in content management is highly desirable.
* Experience in D2C/eCommerce is highly desirable.
* Experience in a creative role is desirable.
* Experience in data analytics and insights is desirable.
