We are currently seeking reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across Caerphilly secondary schools, supporting pupils on both short-term and long-term assignments. The Role As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, particularly supporting students with ASD and behavioural needs Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive engagement Support students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH Assist in creating a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Why Join Us?
