We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join Central Saint Martin’s as a College Office Administrator. This role plays an integral part in supporting the strategic and operational activities of the College Executive Group, through providing high quality administrative support to senior stakeholders.
We are looking for a problem solver who has experience building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. The College Executive Office is a dynamic and fast paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be confident in applying themself to a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
 * Provide high quality administrative support to senior stakeholders and the College Executive Group.
 * Offer extensive diary support to colleagues in senior management roles.
 * Provide clerical support to committees or relevant business meetings.
 * Coordinate administrative processes such as booking travel, organising hospitality, proofreading documentation, data entry and event coordination.
 * Operate in a confidential environment and act as an ambassador for senior staff.
 * Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders with a customer service focus.
 * Manage short deadlines, competing demands and time management effectively.
 * Utilise comprehensive IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
 * Collaborate within a team environment and work with colleagues to achieve objectives.
Your profile / Qualifications
 * Experience in providing extensive diary support to colleagues in senior management roles.
 * Experience in providing clerical support to committees or relevant business meetings.
 * Knowledge of key administrative processes such as booking travel, organising hospitality, proofreading documentation, data entry and event coordination.
 * Understanding of how to work in a confidential environment and act as an ambassador for senior staff.
 * Effective communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders, with a customer service focused approach.
 * Ability to work to short deadlines, manage competing demands, and strong time management.
 * Comprehensive IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
 * Experience of working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
