Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Early-career Business Analyst experience Strong communication skills to clarify requirements Ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications Experience or understanding of Azure DevOps or ClickUp Basic knowledge of SQL Familiarity with C#, Classic ASP, or Java technologies (awareness level is sufficient) Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban delivery environments Experience in a change control or regulated environment is advantageous Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity Flexibility to switch between various tasks Responsibilities: Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, operational teams, and developers Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specifications, and design documents Support workshops and discussions to extract requirements and challenge assumptions Act as the communication bridge between users and development teams Create and maintain documentation including user stories, technical design documents, and project plans Define test scope and create and execute test cases Log defects and collaborate with developers for resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide practical recommendations Provide ad hoc IT and systems support as needed, including answering queries and performing system administration tasks Conduct out-of-hours implementation testing once per week with compensation in lieu Technologies: Azure C# ClickUp DevOps Excel Support Java Kanban SQL Cloud More: We are a dynamic company located in Kings Hill, Kent, offering a role for a Technical Business Analyst.
