Role Description
We are currently seeking legal support for a cross-border transaction involving the acquisition of an asset in Angola. * Drafting and negotiating international contracts and legal documents
* Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks
* Providing strategic legal counsel on future cross-border projects
This initial engagement will be structured around specific deliverables, with compensation offered in the form of share options. Upon successful completion, this role is intended to transition into a paid Legal Counsel position, supporting Capital Blossom across all current and future projects globally.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration
Preferred:
