Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to execute precise machining operations.
* Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure high-quality production standards.
* Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CNC milling machines.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of CNC programs and machine settings.
Skills:
* Strong mathematical skills for performing essential calculations.
* Proficiency with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
* Skilled in the use of hand tools for machine setup and adjustments.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
