ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilledPodcast & Content Producerwho loves audio and video equally.
The bulk of the role is editing podcast content – both audio and video – to a high standard. But this isn’t just a technical job. We’re looking for someone with a great editorial eye who canspot standout moments, turn them intoscroll-stopping social clips, and contribute ideas that help shape the overall success of a show.
You’ll work closely with Moja’s team and our clients – helping some of the UK’s most exciting entrepreneurs bring their podcast concepts to life, refine their show formats, and stay ahead of podcast trends.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
·Take the lead on end-to-end podcast production (audio and video): planning, recording, editing, and publishing
·Edit audio and video to a professional standard, adding music, captions, graphics, and visual polish for reels, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
·Identify the strongest moments from each episode to repurpose into engaging short-form clips
·Work with clients to shape their podcast concept and structure, supporting everything from format to tone
·Support guest coordination and scheduling, ensuring a smooth experience pre-, during, and post-recording
·Write clear and compelling episode outlines, titles, and show notes
·Publish and distribute episodes across podcast platforms and social channels
·Track and report performance metrics, suggesting improvements to grow reach and engagement
·Keep ahead of podcast and video trends, platform changes, and audience behaviou
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
·Excellent editing skills – ideally with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Riverside, Adobe Audition (or equivalents)
·Experience editing and publishing both audio-only and video podcasts
·Excellent research and writing ability, with a talent for translating ideas into structured content and compelling copy.
·A strong understanding of short-form social video and how to make content pop in feeds
·Ability to lead podcast development – from idea to fully-fledged show
·Creative instincts and attention to detail – you know what great content looks and sounds like
·Experience working with clients and guests in a personable, confident manner
·Organised, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
·A proactive approach – always curious, always learning
·A calm, solutions-focused approach – you're adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to troubleshoot issues with ease
