This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of calls including inquiries, claims, and complaints. Maintaining professionalism and calmness during emotional interactions is essential.

Responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls with friendliness and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
* Identifying opportunities to discuss additional products and protection options.
* Handling administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
* Covering reception duties when needed.
* Responding to Trustpilot reviews.
* Collaborating with team members for effective workflow.
* Developing a strong understanding of our products.
* Striving for high customer satisfaction through continuous learning.
Ideal candidate has:
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
* Genuine passion for customer service and resolving inquiries.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* Professional yet friendly approach, especially when covering reception.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit, especially when handling sensitive calls.
