Job Description:
PE Global is recruiting a Senior Development Engineer for our industrial manufacturing client based in Shrewsbury.
Responsibilities:
* Support planning (resource profiling and costing of verification and validation) engineering programs.
* Create detailed test plans (DVP&R) to validate complex components / assemblies.
* Oversee dyno / rig tests on components / assemblies and produce technical reports covering findings.
* Conduct complex data analysis on test results using hand calculations and / or relevant simulation software as needed.
* Engage in stakeholder reviews, presenting to colleagues of all levels across engineering and other associated departments.
* Provide guidance and direction to less experienced engineers as needed within the team.
* Communicate complex technical information to customers, team members, suppliers, and other business units as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse groups of people and communicate appropriately.
* Data analysis/problem-solving ability. Analytical skillset – understanding and reducing data efficiently.
