The Role
This role will be key to the running of the law firm, and help it reach its strategic goals over the next 5 year's.
The key components will be:
* Manage and control Work In Progress (WIP) for allocated departments
* Partner with fee earners and Partners to support accurate and timely billing
* Maintain billing forecasts and support monthly and annual revenue targets
* Monitor WIP, billing activity, and lock-up, escalating risks where appropriate
* Liaise with an offshore billing team to ensure invoices are raised correctly
* Support the billing process, including e-billing, reporting, and time recording queries
* Work closely with Credit Control and assist with ad-hoc revenue projects
Candidate profile
We are keen to engage candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Law firm experience (Desirable)
* Experienced in Elite3E (Desirable, NOT essential)
* Understanding of WIP reporting
* Confident stakeholder management
* Experienced in a variety of systems
