Job Description
3. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable tasks.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
6. Ensure the accuracy of data entry and compliance with financial regulations.
7. Handle queries related to accounts and payments professionally.
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
10. Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. SAP S4 Hanna
12. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the Life Science industry.
13. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a small-sized company.
17. Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
