Job Description:
As an HR Operations Manager, you will lead and optimise all aspects of our HR operations in the UK. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, driving organisational efficiency, and supporting our fast-paced growth. You will also play a key role in supporting and coordinating with our worldwide team members, ensuring consistent HR practices and alignment across all regions.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Lead HR function including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
* Develop and execute HR policies and procedures compliant with local regulations and best practices in UK.
* Implement effective performance management processes to nurture employee growth and development.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
* Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
* Initiate and oversee programs focused on employee health and wellbeing, including mental health support, work-life balance initiatives, and wellness activities.
* Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs, align HR strategy with business goals, and prepare the organisation for future growth and changes.
* At least 5 years of experience in HR management, including overseeing all HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* In-depth understanding of UK labor laws and regulations, as well as best HR practices.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
* Experience in managing organizational changes, including the introduction of new HR systems and processes.
* Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
* Previous experience working in startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, dynamic settings.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation, including training delivery and maintaining open dialogue with employees.
* Fluent in both English and Russian, both written and spoken.
