What Youll Do:
Join an established global manufacturer with a strong reputation for innovation and quality. Youll take ownership of all mechanical maintenance activities on site, leading a small team and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on supervisory role where youll plan and allocate work, drive improvements, and provide technical guidance. Youll also liaise with contractors and suppliers, oversee maintenance schedules, and help shape processes in a role that offers real autonomy.
What Youll Bring:
Completed a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
Strong mechanical engineering skills with proven supervisory experience
Ability to lead and motivate a small team while remaining hands-on
Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring
Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimise downtime
Familiarity with SAP and root cause analysis would be an advantage
A flexible, collaborative approach and commitment to Health & Safety standards
