Care Assistant
Location: Green Lodge Care Home - The Green, Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS23 1JS
Salary: £12.21 - £12.46 per hour
Schedule/Hours: Full and Part time hours available, nights

What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant at Green Lodge, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
* Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
* Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
* Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
* Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
* Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
