Person Specification: - Recent experience as a learning support assistant/teaching assistant or a similar role - Genuine passion for working with students aged 7 - Previous experience working with children or young people in different education, sport or care settings - Transferable skills and ability to fit into a team well - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Promote a positive working environment showing professionalism and integrity at all times - Maintain a high standard of work across all areas If you are keen on supporting pupils of a range of ages and abilities and feel you have a passion for education, then this could be the role for you!
