The Role:As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the dealership experience. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire car-buying journey - from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Your role is all about building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering a five-star experience that reflects our client's phenomenal reputation.
Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers in person and online, offering expert product knowledgeDeliver an outstanding buying experience that encourages repeat and referral businessConsistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targetsStay up to date with the latest models, features, and promotions
? About You:Previous car sales experience is essential, ideally 2 years minimumConfident communicator with strong negotiation skillsTarget-driven with a customer-first approachSelf-motivated, resilient, and hungry to succeedFull UK driving licence essential
