We're looking for an organised and proactive Digital Account Manager to support day-to-day account operations for a TikTok specialist agency. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing digital agency at the top of their game when it comes to creating TikTok lives for a number of high profile brands across Beauty, Fragrance and FMCG. This role would suit an Account Manager with experience in ecommerce, social commerce, or creator-led sales.
What you'll do:
* Manage TikTok Shop accounts and monitor performance
* Optimise products, promotions, pricing, and campaigns
* Support affiliate and creator activity to boost sales
* Track and report on shop and campaign performance
* Work closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
