Children's Residential Support Worker required for a fabulous 4x Bedded EBD home in Wallasey rated "Good in all areas" with Ofsted.
The home currently has 2 young people which consists of 1 boy and 1 girl aged 14 and 15 respectively. The young people are in full time education and enjoy art, baking, gaming and reading.
The company is a non - profit run organisation which prioritises the outcomes for the young people and regularly takes the young people on international trips.
You would have a fabulous staff team to be able to work with and there will be progression opportunities.

The successful applicant will have:
Essential:
Minimum of 1 years working within Residential Childcare
Manual Driving License
Desirable:
Knowledge of policies & procedures
Organisational & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with young people
Ability to manage expenditure & financial systems
Experience of working with children & young people who have suffered abuse
The aptitude to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Resilience and a positive outlook
A good level of IT literacy
