Investment Operations Administrator - Liverpool Office Based - Financial Services
I am working with a long-standing client in the Financial Services industry seeking an Operations Administrator to join their Digital Services team. The role involves managing ISA transfers, monthly corporate payroll files, reconciliation, manual payments, and supporting digital investment services.
This position emphasizes efficiency and quality to ensure client satisfaction. It is suitable for someone who is results-driven, inquisitive, organized, and eager to develop industry knowledge in Financial Services. The role also offers exposure to process improvements, projects, and digital developments.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of Investment products such as ISAs
* Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to investments
* Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* CISI Investments Operations Certification or equivalent is highly desirable, but candidates without this will be considered and supported to obtain it
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconciling and processing bulk SAYE transfer files, client care transfers, monthly payroll files, and crediting employee contributions to digital accounts
* Overseeing administrative functions supporting investment operations, including manual payments, ISA transfers, account access, and subscription management
* Providing technical support for online non-advised services for clients and internal teams
* Handling inquiries from clients, advisors, and third-party providers via written and phone communication
* Identifying and reporting risks, breaches, and process complaints
This role is based in Liverpool, requiring presence in the office 5 days a week. It is not suitable for candidates needing sponsorship to work in the UK.
