Description
Ideal Insight requires a Photographer to join our fast-growing video production & photography agency. We work with a variety of brands, from small businesses through to large global enterprises such as Amazon, Samsung, Vodafone and Citroen.
Working closely with the Account Management team the successful candidate will plan, shoot and edit all still photography and 360 photography projects across the UK, from care home property shoots to studio spec shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, photograph and edit all Photography projects for clients, which include but are not limited to:
* Property showcase, company headshots, lifestyle, product, spec ads and studio shoots
* Plan, photograph and edit all Google Virtual Tour (360 photography) projects for clients, which makes up around 50% of the role.
* The majority of these shoots will be for a major UK care home brand and will involve the majority of the role’s travelling
* Full training provided as required
* Work with the Account Management team to ensure all content created hits the brief and is delivered within the provided timeline
* Occasionally join our video crew on shoots to support as a runner or assistant, and capture behind-the-scenes photos for company’s social media
* Take responsibility for company’s photography equipment wear, notifying the manager should kit repair or replacement be required
* Continuously look for operational improvements and raise these with line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate style photography (portfolio required)
* Expert Photo Editor
* Proficient in Adobe Lightroom
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
* Willing to learn 360 Virtual Tour photography
* Strong communication skills (client-facing & internal stakeholders)
* Ability to work under time pressure
* Positive attitude and a logical mindset / approach to projects
* Hybrid work – come to London office 2 times per week (unless on shoots)
* Be available to travel to jobs and stay overnight across the UK – essential
* Has a car, but not essential
* Has professional photography kit, but not essential
