Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity of a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join this global company within their prestigious, modern Chester office. The role is a full-time and permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
1. Be the brand custodian for Signia and other own label ranges
2. Running annual brand management processes
3. Ownership of all brand comms to B2B and B2C targets
4. Control of the total Marketing Communications schedule (including digital) – Customer comms, PR and Advertising and manage the Marketing activity schedule
5. Line manage a Marketing Executive
6. Manage day-to-day marketing activities of the department
7. Delivering of company targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
8. Liaise with the team to ensure the graphic design workload is prioritised to meet customer needs
9. Review and monitor external companies used, such as Print, POS, Design and Events Management
10. Management of Marketing Budget in line with sales generation and company goals
11. Work with relevant sales leads to develop and delivery of specific launches and campaigns
12. Development of the marketing team by setting clear objectives with ongoing performance management process
13. Attend management meetings as part of the management team, providing support and input into the company objectives and performance
14. Manage and coordinate all channel exhibitions and events and ensure planning and company objectives are achieved, with support from the events executive
15. Support product management with ongoing planning and maintenance for both existing and new technology
16. Work alongside the Marketing Director and counterpart Marketing Manager to manage, monitor and implement wider market strategy
About you:
Essential Experience:
The successful candidate will:
17. Have a degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent level of education
18. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or equivalent roles
19. High level competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration and strategic orientation
