Conwy County Borough Council Disability team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Disabilities Team to provide support in a person-centered way, in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The successful candidate will:
1. Support the Team Manager with their operational responsibility for the service. Work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
2. Respond to challenges with resilience and professionalism.
3. Have a strong understanding of current social care legislation.
4. Have an awareness of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their carers.
5. Have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. Have a positive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.
7. Have excellent team-working and communication skills.
8. Be resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
9. Have a flexible approach to work.
