We are looking to recruit a Pharmacy Assistant at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital Pharmacy Department to work 1 day each week at weekends only, alternating between a Saturday and Sunday.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to delivering a high quality service to our patients and the organisation, whose personal attributes include the ability to work accurately in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, a professional manner, excellent time management skills, a flexible team approach and the ability to adapt to and engage in change.
Previous experience in pharmacy is desired but not essential as you will be provided with competency based training and support to help you expand on your knowledge and experience.
You will be required to support the timely supply of medicines for discharge prescriptions, controlled drugs and medications for in-patient use.
