Responsibilities
* Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
* Managing payroll queries from clients and employees
* Processing starters, leavers, pensions, and statutory payments
* Submitting RTI information to HMRC
* Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation
* Supporting with auto-enrolment pension administration
* Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and procedures
* Assisting the wider payroll team where required
Qualifications
* Most have bureau payroll experience within practice, ideally 3+ years
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Confident using payroll software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
