No previous experience is needed, we’ll provide full training, development, and one-on-one coaching through our structured in-house programme to set you up for success as a Recruitment Consultant. Ideally, you'll bring a second language relevant to the Eastern European or DACH region, which will help you connect more effectively with clients and candidates in your market.
Attract top talent by creating compelling job adverts, blogs, social media content, podcasts, mailshots, and targeted outreach campaigns
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview facilitation, client communication, visa applications, and global mobilization
