Fried Frank’s London-based asset management group is part of a global offering, advising leading asset managers, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and institutional investors on cross-border fund formations and fund operations. The team is known for its top-tier technical strength and commercial approach across private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate and hedge funds. We are looking for Associates with fund formation and asset management experience from top-tier firms to support our London team in structuring, documenting and implementing fund products across jurisdictions. We are only working with recruitment agencies who we have pre-agreed terms with.
