We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to a dynamic team of 9 within Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for a team of 9.Support the team with international travel arrangements, including international trips.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with general office administration, reporting, and document management.Help streamline processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Profile:
1–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office support role.Strong diary management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise confidently with international teams.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and flexible to occasional travel.Positive, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.Experience working within Financial Services
