Business Development Manager – Premium Wood Products (UK)
Mackinnon Bruce is working with a long-standing partner on an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a leading organisation within the premium wood product sector as a Business Development Manager, supporting growth across both the residential and commercial markets in Guildford and surrounding postcodes.
This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable regional growth, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of high-quality design-led products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, scrutinise, and qualify new business opportunities across multiple market sectors.
2. Develop and nurture a sustainable pipeline of opportunities while cultivating strong customer partnerships.
3. Assess and qualify opportunities to ensure alignment with customer needs and organisational capability.
4. Collaborate closely with a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive year-on-year regional and national growth.
