Job description for Sales Administrator
Answer customer enquiries across multiple platforms and query types
Process customer invoices
Process sales orders to online system
Despatch and track customer orders across online portals
Complete administrative duties for the office
Completion of new line forms when needed
Job skills required for Sales Administrator
Customer service experience (call handling, query resolution etc)
-Confidence in email and online systems
Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Literacy skills
Experience within a B2B or B2C sales team
