Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Network Operations (NOC) to lead our network operations team and ensure our broadband network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Responsibilities
* Take charge of incident management to minimise downtime and ensure top‑quality service for our customers.
* Shape the future of our network operations strategy, overseeing upgrades, expansions, and security measures.
* Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain strong partnerships and meet service level agreements.
* Enjoy a role that combines hands‑on technical work with leadership, all while making a real difference in rural connectivity.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in network engineering or network operations roles, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
* Strong understanding of network technologies, security principles, vendor management, and performance analysis.
* Excellent at troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the reliability and security of complex network infrastructure.
