We are a bold, award-winning business that prides itself on empowering our teams with the autonomy to operate boutique, premium businesses that ‘wow’ our customers within an industry-leading environment. We run friendly, welcoming, and positive pubs, restaurants, and hotels with high standards, taking a different approach to others and always striving to be the best we can be.
We are looking for a front of house supervisor to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent bar and waiting hospitality to our customers and supporting our management team in leading a shift.
Located in the heart of Lower Langford, on the edge of the Mendip Hills AONB, the Langford is a historic village pub dating back to the 17th century. Recently refurbished, it features beautiful interiors and 7 boutique bedrooms.
Our kitchen focuses on local produce and sustainability, with menus reflecting this. Expect seasonal dishes alongside hearty pub classics, created from the best ingredients Somerset has to offer. We also feature our own award-winning Butcombe Brewery beer.
We provide a cozy stop for walkers, cyclists, locals, and their dogs, with easy access to Bristol, the airport, and beyond. Our bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, ideal for rural relaxation, a weekend getaway, or passing through on business. Our first-floor dining space is available for private events.
