Job Requirements Education Requirements
PTA License (Georgia license required)

Certifications Requirements
Valid PTA license

CPR/BLS certification

Covid/Flu vaccination proof

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in outpatient or clinic settings

Other Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work days, 8 AM – 5 PM

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Background check and drug screening as per facility policies

Job Description Provide skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) services in outpatient clinic settings

Assist licensed therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and document care provided
