Langley Trust has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, compassionate, and client-focused Residential Night Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team in Bradford. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £26,936 per annum.
As part of our team at Box Tree Independent Approved Premises, you will be supporting individuals who have been released on licence and require a high level of supervision. Your work will directly contribute to helping people resettle safely and positively in the community.
We play a crucial role in supporting residents through their transition from custody, helping them adhere to licence conditions and providing guidance that promotes both their wellbeing and public safety. Youll be part of a team that conducts regular checks, monitors behaviour, and engages constructively with residents, colleagues, and key partners across the criminal justice sector.
