Think of it as the AI Executive Assistant theyve always needed -but never had. It integrates directly with tools like Outlook, Gmail, and Zoom, so it just works. Thats why people love it.
The Traction Is Real
We launched in May 2024. In just 9 months, we hit $10M ARR. By February 2025, wed raised a $10M Series A from world-class investors like Marc Benioff and 20VC.
Thousands of professionals across the UK and US already rely on Fyxer and now were gearing up to scale to $50M+ revenue and beyond.
The Role: Head of Talent (Founding People Hire)
Were looking for a Head of Talent to scale our team globally, with a heavy focus on building world-class commercial teams in the US and UK. Youll be our first in-house talent leader, reporting to our Chief People Officer and partnering closely with our founders and leadership team.
You wont just execute on hiring - youll own our talent strategy end to end, from headcount planning and EVP to systems and leadership coaching.
What Youll Own
* Own and execute the global hiring strategy across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A
* Build out our commercial presence in the US: org design, comp strategy, benefits, sourcing, and onboarding
* Partner with founders and C-levels to define what ‘great looks like for every key hire
* Architect our internal TA infrastructure: tooling, scorecards, interview design, data/reporting
* Run executive-level hiring directly and build a world-class talent team over time
* Drive employer branding initiatives across outbound, social, events, and PR
Youll Thrive in This Role If You...
* Have 7+ years of experience in high-growth tech startups, ideally with a strong focus on the US and UK markets
* Have led talent at Series A-C+ companies, preferably as a founding or early talent leader
* Are obsessed with quality, pace, and candidate experience and know how to balance all three
* Have built US commercial functions from scratch: you understand local talent pools, comp, and cultural nuances
* Are confident influencing at C-level and enjoy acting as a true partner to the exec team
* Are hands-on: happy to build strategy and run searches
* Thrive in high-context, fast-moving environments where speed of execution is a competitive edge
