Senior Software Developer | Back-Office Software | Maidstone | 3 days on-site a week | £45-52,000
My client is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to take ownership of internal platform development and support the Director of IT in delivering robust, scalable systems. You’ll lead a small team of one, manage workloads, and play a key role in the execution of new digital products that serve both internal users and external clients.
This is a hands-on, office-based role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly influence the future of innovative tech solutions within a forward-thinking organisation.
Key experience required:
* Strong proficiency in C#, MVC5, .NET Core, and SQL database design
* Solid front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Bootstrap)
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (TFS), and testing practices
* A passion for clean, well-documented code with a strong eye for UX and detail
