My client, a leading legal practice, is looking to recruit a Locum Contentious Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join their Litigation Practice. The role involves managing a caseload across a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters. The firm represents businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, investors, and individuals.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle a mixed caseload of Insolvency & Restructuring cases.
* Provide clients with accurate, current legal advice tailored to their circumstances, ensuring value for money.
