Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 practitioner looking for a rewarding new role? Hays Education are working in partnership with a weing primary school in the Blackpool area to recruit a talented teacher to take on the split teaching of Year 3 and Year 5 classes from September.

Your new role
As the class teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that meet the needs of both year groupsPlan creatively to ensure progression across lower and upper KS2Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with the wider KS2 teamAssess, track and report on pupil progressBuild strong relationships with pupils, staff and familiesThis role would suit a confident practitioner who enjoys challenge, differentiation and bringing learning to life.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a teacher who is:
Passionate about delivering high‑quality KS2 teachingSkilled in adapting learning for mixed‑age groupsConfident with behaviour management and classroom organisationReliable, reflective and eager to contribute to school lifeBoth experienced teachers and strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.
