Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, working in partnership with teachers and therapists.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students to grow in confidence and independence.
* Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Offer support with students x2019; personal care and mobility needs, where necessary.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff, contributing to a collaborative school community.
* Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate challenges in a compassionate and patient manner.
