Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth and safe experience. Monitor crowds and respond to queries or incidents in a professional manner. Control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Report any major incidents or concerns to the duty manager. Work collaboratively with the CSP team and event organizers to maintain high standards. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to remain calm under pressure. Ability to handle difficult situations confidently and effectively. Right to work in the UK is essential.
