Position Overview
Qualiteach is looking for an SEN English Teacher to join one of our SEN schools based in Ruislip on a long‑term, full‑time basis. The role begins September.
Responsibilities
You will teach English to students with ASD and complex needs across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students' individual learning abilities. You will work closely with support staff and therapists to provide a positive and structured learning environment that supports students academically and emotionally.
Qualifications
* QTS or QTLS
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Previous experience working within an SEN setting
* Experience teaching students with ASD and complex needs
* Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
School
The school is an SEN school based in Ruislip catering for students aged 11-19 years with ASD, speech and language difficulties, and additional complex needs. It provides a supportive, inclusive and nurturing environment for both students and staff, with ongoing CPD opportunities and specialist training available.
