Responsibilities
* Confirm packaging receipts and support meticulous collection of evidence (photos, system entry, confirmed quantities after sorting) using return systems to accurately document condition and quantity of returned secondary packaging materials.
* Adhere to and enforce strict safety, hygiene, and traceability protocols to safeguard product quality and manufacturing environment integrity.
* Promptly report any deviations from SOPs, potential product contamination risks, or other significant issues for immediate investigation.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable leadership experience.
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and strict safety protocols.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate records.
* Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving secondary packaging items.
* The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other team members.
* Basic IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
* FLT Licence – training offered.
* Basic understanding of traceability systems in a manufacturing environment – training offered.
