Opportunity
As Product Lead – AI Productivity Tooling, you will own the strategy, experience, and value outcomes of our internal AI productivity stack. This pure product management role will lead a small, focused team to turn cutting‑edge AI capabilities into a joined‑up, high‑impact user experience for our 18,000+ colleagues and software engineers.
Responsibilities
* Define the 18‑month product roadmap and act as the internal authority on AI productivity for senior leadership.
* Conduct user interviews, analyze usage data, and run experiments to bridge the gap between tool deployment and genuine behavioural change.
* Maintain a value‑led product backlog, making ruthless decisions on configurations, feature rollouts, and vendor management.
* Collaborate with Digital Safety, Legal, HR, Training, and Platform Engineering to clear governance roadblocks and drive deep adoption.
* Directly lead and develop a small, high‑performing product team while remaining hands‑on with the technology.

* AI fluent, having used advanced AI productivity and engineering tools seriously.

Location & Hours: We operate a hybrid working policy of 40 %–60 % of the month spent with colleagues in our Luton Airport Head Office.
