Join the dynamic team at Raisin as the Head of / Director Business Transformation UK, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Raisin CEO UK that ensures Raisin UK's operating model is set up for growth and scalability. Raisin UK is a fast growing fintech, which is FCA supervised and holds licenses as an API (Authorised Payment Institution) and under FSMA. This role is central to building Raisin target operating model and overseeing and improving key (outsourcing) partnerships. The role requires hands-on involvement and the drive to continuously evolve Raisin's setup and operations to make sure they support its rapid growth. You will lead a team of 6-7 specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Raisin Group in operations, AML/KYC operations, compliance, legal, tech and data. Change and Project Management: You will lead and implement changes to Raisin's operating model to improve customer experience and scalability of operations. This involves ensuring that new services and product features, changes to outsourcing relationships, and changes in response to new or changing (regulatory) requirements are carried out successfully in accordance with business objectives while avoiding or minimising adverse impact. Key Provider Management: You will work closely with key providers who are an integral part to the delivery of Raisin UK's value proposition. You will ensure a successful collaboration, monitor performance, identify and carry out improvements, and act as a point of escalation if needed. Customer Onboarding Operations (AML/KYC Ops): Together with your team, you will ensure high quality operations in onboarding Raisin UK customers and ongoing monitoring of customers. You will continuously challenge and identify areas of improvement to build a frictionless and joyful onboarding experience for our customers. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team and certain outsourcing relationships to ensure service quality and adherence to agreed standards. This also includes that you will be the business owner for certain regulatory reportings to be delivered by Raisin or a partner to whom Raisin outsources. You will ensure Raisin UK understands its regulatory obligations and will work closely with relevant teams, such as compliance, legal and data, to deliver required reports. Collaborative Approach and Interdepartmental Coordination: You will collaborate with various departments, including AML/KYC operations UK, compliance, legal, tech and data across Group to achieve your mission and deliver on business objectives. Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in a start-up or scale-up, in consulting, fintech or in financial services. Hands-on experience demonstrated in prior leadership roles to succeed in a fast-paced environment and to understand the big picture, yet demonstrated the ability to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details to execute against business goals. (Technical) Skills and Mindset: Strong analytical skills to analyse multiple problems, develop and drive solutions, confidence in working in the unknown, taking initiative and designing processes when they do not yet exist. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with your team and stakeholders across business levels, including c-suite, internally and externally Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of specialists and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across Raisin Group.
