Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence, contributing directly to Starel's mission of providing outstanding tile flooring solutions.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tile flooring market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
* Utilize Salesforce and CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
* Monitor industry developments to inform business strategies
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
* Knowledge of the tile flooring market is an advantage
