Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Experience using XERO is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be available to work over a 5 day period (Monday - Friday) in the afternoons.
Interviews will take place in November with training taking place weeks commencing 01st and 08th December with a start date of 5th January 2026.
