BID Co-ordinator (Creative / Graphical Focus) The Deluxe Group is a dynamic design, manufacturing and fit-out company working across the experiential, marine and themed attractions industries. We are now seeking a BID Co-ordinator with strong creative and graphical input to support our business development and tendering activities. This role is a great opportunity for a experienced graduate or early-career professional with a passion for design, visual storytelling and creativity within a fast-paced, experience-led industry. What Youll Do Coordinate and support the preparation of bids, tenders and pre-qualification submissions Create visually engaging bid documents, presentations and supporting graphics that clearly communicate design intent and brand values Work closely with design, marketing and project teams to gather and present information in a compelling, structured way Develop creative layouts, infographics and visual content to enhance bid responses Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies and standard content Support the development of presentation material for client pitches and interviews Assist with event organisation, exhibitions and business development initiatives when required Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and best practice in bid presentation What Were Looking For A degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Construction, Architecture or a related field Some experience supporting bids, proposals or creative content (professional or academic) Strong graphical and visual communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) An eye for layout, typography and brand consistency Excellent written communication and attention to detail Strong organisation and time-management skills An interest in experiential design, themed environments or creative industries Experience with video, animation or motion graphics is an advantage Why Join Us?
