Techunite Ltd have partnered with a leading and award winning (A Sunday Times top 100 fastest growing company) car insurance company based on a cool farm location in Chertsey, and hiring for a Renewals Advisor to join the expanding team. Ideally do need to be a car driver to reach the office.
Suitable for someone who has had exposure in a customer service admin or sales environment. Full training can be provided for the right individual but if you do have insurance related experience we would love to hear from you!
Base salary offered as well as monthly commission which can be explained upon application.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling insurance related customer queries and objections over the phone.
* Manage multiple renewals and follow-ups efficiently
* Use previous insurance information to renew policies with the current panel of insurers, ensuring the best rate is offered to customers
* Leverage telematics data to apply appropriate discounts and underwrite renewals accurately
* Check third-party systems for claims history to support underwriting decisions
* Ensure timely issuance of renewal invitations to maintain compliance standards
* Maintain and update internal spreadsheets to support the phone team’s workflow
Experience considered:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy renewals and documentation
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
