About The Role

As a Coordinatorwithin our M&E Compliance team, you will be using your initiative, problemsolving and analytical skills in a fast paced environment to ensure thebusiness maintains the highest safety standards for our customer’s homes.
On a day to daybasis, you will be a point of contact for customers and other areas of thebusiness with regards to safety checks in our customer's homes. You will check certification, maintain databases, analyse data andmake assessments on individual cases for escalation. You will need to have anexcellent eye for detail, a problem solving mindset and be able to prioritisean ever changing workload. You will also need to be able to build and maintainexcellent working relationships with both our customers and other internalteams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all safety checks are completed in our customer's homes as per routine deadlines by making assessments on how to manage difficult situations and escalate through relevant processes.
* Ensure all safety documentation is up to date, accurate and correctly filed.
* Ensure all data is accurate.
* Analyse system data to identify risks and tackle pro-actively.
* Liaise with customers, internal teams and external agents to achieve all of the above.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work in the Exeter office three days a week after probation. During training and probation you will be required to work in the office 4 days per week.

About The Candidate
To be a successful Coordinator, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:
* Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas).
* Experience of using information systems and databases.
* Pro-active, attitude with ability to make measured decisions based on own initiative.
* Proven record of problem solving
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and persevere to ensure issues are handled and concluded in a timely manner.
* Demonstrates behaviours that support delivery of great customer service.
* Good level of literacy and numeracy.
