The Role
As a Commercial Support Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your commercial acumen, contribute to high‑value defence programmes, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll provide commercial management support across key contracts with the Ministry of Defence, including the Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP). Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Head of Commercial, you’ll help ensure contract performance, compliance, and change management processes run smoothly.
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Commercial Manager with contract management tasks and reporting requirements.
* Support the change management process, including drafting and negotiating contract changes.
* Manage relationships with clients to ensure positive engagement and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial governance.
Essential Experience
* Experience working in large organizations.
* Background in contracts and administration.
* Understanding of general business procurement processes.
* Experience with Ministry of Defence contracts (beneficial but not essential).

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
