Autoline Support Analyst (Part-Time, Hybrid)Autoline Exp is essential to have (update 18/12) either from user or technical support level.Hybrid role | 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) | Occasional on-site visits – Coventry, UKOur client is looking for an experienced Autoline Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) used across the businessThis is a part-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote working for most of the week, with occasional on-site collaboration at Coventry when required.The RoleAs an Autoline Support Analyst, you’ll act as a vital link between IT, business users, and third-party suppliers. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Autoline system, maintain high data quality, and support system users while contributing to wider projects and system improvements.What You’ll Be DoingManaging user access and security requests within Autoline, including new starters, changes, and leaversProviding second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolutionWorking closely with external suppliers to escalate and track system issues through to completionMaintaining accurate records within internal and supplier ticketing systemsCarrying out key data maintenance activities to support system accuracy and business operationsSupporting period-end processes across financial modulesContributing to project work by sharing system expertise, coordinating communications, and supporting delivery milestonesWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Proven experience in IT support, application supportStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailConfidence working with data and maintaining system integrityDesirable:Hands-on experience supporting the Autoline Dealer Management SystemBackground in automotive retail, dealership, or related environmentsIT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or MicrosoftSkills That Will Help You SucceedClear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindsetFamiliarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systemsWorking Pattern & LocationPart-time: 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), ContractHybrid: Predominantly remote, with occasional on-site visits for meetings or collaborationLocation: Coventry (UK)This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible, hybrid working arrangement while remaining closely involved in a business-critical IT system within a well-established automotive organisation.
